Can I book a facial on its own, or do I have to get a haircut too?
You can absolutely book a facial as a standalone service to focus purely on your skin, or easily pair it after your haircut during the same visit for a complete refresh.

How long does the treatment take?
The entire treatment takes 1 hour, giving you plenty of time to completely lean back, unwind, and enjoy the full custom process.
When should I avoid booking a facial?
We recommend waiting to book your appointment if you currently have an open wound, active sunburn, a severe skin infection, or an active flare-up of eczema or psoriasis on your face. It is also best to wait if you have recently had certain facial treatments like chemical peels. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us beforehand, and our facialist can advise if it is safe to proceed.
